The thrill of the front row at fashion shows must be amazing! A swarm of fashion darlings and celebrities exchanging air kisses and striking a pose towards the sea of photographers. At least, that's how it seems. Where are the few selected guests, family, friends and fashion insiders? Oh hunny! They're pushed back a couple rows to make room for the pre-show: The front-row arrivals.
Who cares if half the time they have no idea who they're sitting next to and are forced to applaud awkwardly, they're in the front row baby! It's where you are to be seen.

We all saw how extremely important itthe arrangement was on gossip girl!

Serena: And then Poppy won't go and her friends won't go and you can explain to your mother why she has an empty first row. Would that make you happy?
Blair: At least I won't have to watch the next episode of the Serena show!
Serena: You know, I was come here to invite you to hang out with us.
(Blair uses an angry and sarcastic voice)
Blair: Oh, how generous, Serena. I should feel so blessed that you would include me in your little group.

Project Runway Canada Season 2 is starting soon! Yayaya..breakitdown! *happy dance*!

Tuesday January 17th we'll welcome 14 new designers on this oh-so magical journey! They'll be creating, working, and frantically running around in...Ottawa. I know this is shocking for some (including my friend who asked if Iman would be saying the above quote as they inevitably opened the show in front of Parliament) but they actually shot the show last summer in our nation's capital.
Did you think Iman would come in the winter?? C'mon now!
Personally I figured Toronto would be the permanent location, or if anything, once conquered, they'd move on to Montreal. But you know what, Ottawa is up-and-coming and must of pushed really hard for it, so they deserve it.
